Overview

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Nursery Teacher to join our team. As a Nursery Teacher, you will play a crucial role in nurturing and guiding young minds, laying the foundation for their future academic and personal success.

Responsibilities
  • Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment for children aged 2–4
  • Plan and deliver engaging lessons and activities aligned with early years curriculum
  • Foster social, emotional, and cognitive development through play and structured learning
  • Observe and assess children’s progress, maintaining accurate records
  • Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers about children’s development
  • Collaborate with colleagues to support a positive, cohesive and vibrant nursery culture
  • Ensure health, safety, and hygiene standards are consistently met
Requirements
  • Patience, creativity, and a genuine love for working with young children
  • Experience as a teacher, preferably in a nursery or preschool setting. Fresh graduates are welcome too.
  • A diploma in Early Childhood Education or Kursus Asuhan Permata (KAP) qualification or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
  • A deep understanding of child development stages and the ability to create age-appropriate, engaging lesson plans
  • First Aid certification is a plus
