This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead full NPI cycles, manage global customer relationships, and drive cross‑functional collaboration in a fast‑paced environment. What you'll be doing?

Program Leadership: Manage full NPI cycles from proto build to mass production, demonstrating strong ownership in project planning, execution, and cross‑functional coordination.

Technical Expertise: Apply your knowledge of electronics manufacturing processes, including PCBA, Box Build, and testing, to drive process qualification and engineering change management.

Customer Management: Interface directly with global customers, managing expectations, leading meetings, presenting status updates, and resolving escalations.

Project Execution: Utilize your skills in timeline management, risk mitigation, and resource allocation to ensure project milestones are met on time.

Team Collaboration: Leverage your excellent communication and leadership skills to drive collaboration across Engineering, SCM, QA, and Production teams.
