About the Role

As an NPI Engineer, you will support production equipment builds for new product launches by coordinating project requirements, optimizing processes, managing part arrivals, and ensuring production readiness. You’ll work with cross‑functional teams to resolve issues, to enable smooth transitions from design to manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Involved in automation machine development.
  • Responsible for planning and organizing machine delivery schedules based on project urgency.
  • Coordinate between the project team and designers on machine/project requirements.
  • Assist in machinery setup and evaluate machine performance.
  • Prepare technical reports and documentation.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management from time to time.
Qualification & Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, or related Engineering discipline. Master’s degree is an added advantage.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a manufacturing engineering role, with proven project leadership experience.
  • Strong background in manufacturing operations and production automation/machinery.
  • Proficient in project management tools.
  • Able to read mechanical drawings and schematics.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) and SAT (Site Acceptance Test) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with PFMEA and 7 QC tools is preferable.
