The incumbent will be responsible for managing the operational delivery and project management within the New Product Introduction (NPI) function operated by GBS.

Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Manage end-to-end delivery of New Product Introduction (NPI) projects, ensuring On-Time In-Full (OTIF) outcomes.
  • Develop and monitor project plans, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Coordinate with NPI, Quality, Brand Marketing, Engineering, and Factory teams to achieve project objectives.
  • Provide timely project status updates and flag key decisions to drive progress.
  • Manage risks, resolve operational issues, and ensure necessary mitigation plans are in place.
  • Maintain visibility of project costs, including tooling, trials, and write-offs, to relevant stakeholders.
  • Lead and motivate cross-functional teams, promoting collaboration across functions and markets.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and support knowledge sharing within the NPI community.
What are we looking for?
  • Minimum 4 years’ experience in Project Lifecycle Management (PLM) or NPI.
  • Strong project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills with a commercial mindset.
  • Proven ability to build effective relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and change management skills.
  • Independent, proactive, and adaptable team player with strong ownership.
  • Computer proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; fluent in written and spoken English.
  • Degree in Business Management and/or certifications in Project Management or Lean Six Sigma is a plus.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multicultural environment with strong documentation discipline.
