The Role Sales Assistant cum Cashier

• Responsible for cashiering duties
• Respond to customer inquiries and complaints
• Maximize sales and profitability through professional handling of promotional sales transactions
• Maintain cash transactions accurately according to SOP and keep proper records of operations
• Actively promote stocks or promotional mechanics to customers

The Role Supervisor

• Partner with Store Manager/Executive in Charge for overall outlet operation
• Handle all day‑to‑day tasks at store (cash money, daily report, promotion etc.)
• Supervise staff (attendance, briefing, follow‑up)
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and build & maintain good rapport with customers
• Play an integral part in contributing to outlet sales achievement & sales growth
• Maintain cash accurately according to the set procedures and keep proper records of operation
• Actively promote stocks or promotional mechanics to customers
• Deal with customer inquiries and complaints
• Assist in all aspects of outlet, especially display, merchandising and cleanliness
