The position reports to the Head of Product & New Channels
Job Overview:
- We are looking for aGrowth & Partnerships Managerto help us expand beyond our traditional dealer-driven sales model and build new channels for customer acquisition. This role is an individual contributor role with clear sales targets — success will be measured bypercentage of sales delivered through alternative channels.
- The ideal candidate is creative, resourceful, and data-driven, with a strong ability to identify opportunities, experiment with new approaches, and build the funnel required to reduce reliance on existing reseller channels.
- Identify, test, and establish new sales channels beyond traditional dealer networks (e.g. referral programs, affiliate scheme, partnerships with e-commerce platforms or offline merchant tie-ups, identify B2B2C opportunities).
- Understand the customer journey to uncover potential touchpoints and create sales funnels around them.
- Work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and inside sales to execute channel activations.
- Own sales numbers generated from new channels, with accountability for partner acquisition and contribution to overall sales.
- Experiment with different go-to-market strategies, track results, and scale on successful approaches.
- Work out the success metrics and benchmarks. Follow through with learnings and reporting on partner performance, channel contribution, and growth opportunities.
To be considered, you’ll need
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields may be considered if candidate has sufficient industry experience
- Commercial acumen. Good knowledge of telco business is preferred but not a must
- Able to influence and lead cross functional groups and champion a new initiative
- 4–6 years of experience in sales, business development, or partnerships (telecom/ISP/e-commerce/tech preferred, but not required).
- Self-starter with a “builder’s mindset” — able to spot opportunities, test quickly, and adapt.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to work with partners across industries.
