About You

We are looking for a hands-on Network Engineer to join our IT team at Carsome. You will be responsible for configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting network infrastructure across multiple sites. The ideal candidate has a solid foundation in networking, is confident working with multi-vendor equipment, and can take ownership of network operations and incident resolution.

Your Day-to-Day

• Configure, deploy, and maintain network devices such as routers, switches, firewalls, and access points.

• Set up and manage VPNs and VLANs to ensure secure and efficient network segmentation.

• Handle network equipment from Fortinet (FortiGate), Ruijie, Cisco, and Huawei across locations.

• Diagnose and resolve network issues including performance bottlenecks, connectivity failures, and hardware faults.

• Implement and enforce network security measures, including firewall rules and access control lists.

• Monitor network health, uptime, and performance using appropriate tools and respond to alerts and anomalies.

• Configure and manage essential network services such as TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP.

• Collaborate with IT support, vendors, and business users to troubleshoot and resolve network-related issues.

• Maintain and update network documentation including diagrams, IP inventories, and standard operating procedures.

Your Know-How

• CCNA Certification is mandatory.

• Experience configuring and troubleshooting Fortinet (FortiGate), Ruijie, Cisco, or Huawei network devices.

• Hands-on experience in setting up VPNs and VLANs.

• Strong understanding of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).

• Able to perform diagnostics using CLI and/or network monitoring tools.

• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
