PHARMA NORD SDN. BHD. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced National Sales Manager (Trade) to lead and manage our sales team in driving the growth and success of our products across Malaysia. This full-time position is based in Kuala Lumpur Sentral, Kuala Lumpur, and will be responsible for developing and executing effective sales strategies to achieve our ambitious business objectives.

What you'll be doing
  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales plans to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Lead and achieve nationwide sales targets across all regions (Central, Northern, Southern, East Malaysia & East Coast).
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans based on market trends, customer needs, and business priorities.
  • Monitor sales performance, market intelligence, and emerging opportunities.
  • Coach, motivate, and guide the national sales team to achieve high performance and productivity.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key trade customers, including pharmacies and distributors.
  • Resolve sales-related challenges including pricing, product availability, customer service, and team coordination.
  • Collaborate closely with internal departments to ensure alignment and achievement of business objectives.
What we're looking for
  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience in sales management, ideally within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
  • Demonstrated success in leading and motivating sales teams to achieve ambitious targets.
  • Strong knowledge and exposure to GP and Rx markets.
