About the Role

This role focuses on providing exceptional customer service to our customers and ensuring efficient scheduling for our nail artists. Your responsibilities will include managing customer communications, scheduling appointments, handling administrative tasks, and keeping up with salon services and trends. You will be the first point of contact for appointment and walk‑in customers, ensuring they leave the salon well‑pampered.

Requirements
  • Minimum SPM or equivalent educational qualification.
  • At least 1 year in the relevant industry is preferred, or prior experience in a customer service‑related job.
  • Able to communicate with customers in English and Mandarin.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with customers and act as the ambassador for the nail salon with professional and friendly service.
Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet and assist customers, introduce salon services, and ensure a relaxing experience. Respond to inquiries via phone, email, or messaging platforms.
  • Appointment Management: Schedule and confirm appointments, send reminders, and coordinate with the team to maximize efficiency.
  • Administrative Tasks: Update schedules, handle financial transactions, and prepare daily and weekly reports.
  • Management: Attend regular meetings with management to report on workplace issues, staff concerns, and customer feedback confidentially.
