Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in a relevant field.

• Proficient in writing BM, EN and CN (Mandarin-speaking candidates preferred).
• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and Office; quick to learn new software.
• Ability to communicate effectively and work well within a team.

Responsibilities

• Manage the order process and ensure timely fulfillment.
• Upload and sync products across multiple e-commerce platforms.
• Develop and execute e-commerce campaign strategies.
• Provide customer service and support on e-commerce platforms.
• Assist with livestream operations and manage hosts.
• Track performance and generate monthly sales reports.
