Qualifications

  • 2–5 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant.
  • Valid driving licence and access to a car.
  • Ability to travel occasionally.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the Director's calendar and schedule appointments.
  • Prepare documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Coordinate and organise meetings and take minutes.
  • Act as a liaison between the Director and internal/external parties.
  • Arrange travel itineraries and handle logistics.
