Requirements
  • Graduates with minimum 5 credits in SPM and above
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; training will be provided
  • 1-3 years of experience in mortgage products within the banking or financial services industry is required
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work well in teams; individuals with Mandarin speaking capabilities are welcomed to apply
  • Skilled at financial planning coupled with the ability to identify, analyse, and meet customer’s needs
  • Individuals who are customer centric with a strong focus on delivering quality service
Responsibilities
  • Responsible in growing the Mortgage business and cross‑sell wealth products and services as determined by the bank
  • Partner with Premier Relationship Bankers and Managers in referring potential premier customers
  • Responsible in delivering individual performance and driving overall sales performance
  • Responsible in advocating the Personal Banking Proposition, leveraging opportunities whilst ensuring customer centricity
  • Deliver high standard of service levels as defined by the bank, providing best‑in‑class customer engagement and experience
  • To ensure compliance with product and sales policies, procedures and guidelines set by the Bank and relevant authorities are adhered to at all times
