Job summary

A leading banking institution in Malaysia is looking for motivated individuals to join their mortgage business team. The role focuses on acquiring new mortgage business through various channels and exceeding sales targets. Ideal candidates should possess strong interpersonal and sales skills, with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales. Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply. Only Malaysian citizens will be considered. Contract-based positions are available.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates (Diploma & Degree holder) are encouraged to apply.
• Minimum SPM holder with at least 2 years working experience in sales, preferably in mortgage or property line.
• Knowledgeable and well versed in mortgage business.

Responsibilities

• Identifying and acquiring new mortgage business.
• Meeting and exceeding sales targets set by the Bank.
• Soliciting mortgage business from various referrals.
• Establishing and maintaining strong customer relationships.
• Ensuring compliance with internal Bank policies.
• Attending to customer enquiries and following up on applications.
