Overview

We are looking to recruit a dedicated professional whose primary responsibility will be to support one of our clients operating a mortgage brokerage firm in Australia. This is a full remote and casual basis or part-time arrangement.

Qualifications & experience
  • Fluency in both English and Mandarin is required, as many of the applicants are Mandarin-speaking individuals
  • At least 2 years of working experience
  • Prior experience in Australia mortgage related work is a plus, but not necessary as industry training will be provided and can be easily adapted
  • Must have good attention to detail and a strong work ethic
  • Qualification in any field, preferably in finance/banking or other related fields
Tasks & responsibilities
  • Data entry and completion of online mortgage related applications
  • Gathering and organizing financial information from clients for application purposes
  • Obtaining info on valuations and pricing to prepare applications for submission
  • Managing client files and communicating with lender partners
  • Providing updates to clients on application progress
  • Assisting with credit solutions and assessing living expenses
  • Supporting the mortgage broker with packaging and lodging loan applications
  • Drafting internal and external communications
  • Follow lending processes and reporting requirements
