Job Summary and Key Objectives

• Assist the management team on matters related to the department.
• Work closely with the Costing team to support customer inquiries, on testing new products and processes
• Support the Production team pertaining to the product and process development matters
• To meet Camfil Malaysia Sdn Bhd manufacturing goals and objectives
• To ensure compliance with regulatory bodies' requirements and internal procedures

Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Process monitoring and analysis of performance, and recommend necessary actions to ensure full compliance.
• Ensure product quality and customer satisfaction are achieved.
• To propose and coordinate all processes, products, materials, machines, tools and other changes which will improve and develop the quality and the competitiveness of the company's product and efficiency and capabilities of its processes.
• To liaise with other key members of the team in coordinating proposals for changes to products and processes packed and manufactured in the company.
• To make proposal for cost reduction brought about by process and product changes.
• To work in liaison with other departments to ensure corrective and preventive action is taken with regard to it product and process.
• To ensure all projects undertaken, coordinated, overseen or participated in by the department are efficient and effectively completed within the specified deadlines with optimum resources expended.
• To ensure compliance with regulatory bodies` requirements, internal procedures and any relevant legislation governing the project undertaken.
• Maintain and control "BOM" and article numbers for Raw material and finished goods.
• Responsible for all activities related to Quality, Health, Safety, Environment and Energy
• Carry out duties in accordance with Quality, Health, Safety, Environment and Energy Policy, Procedure and SOP

Requirements
