Job Summary

Molding Processing Engineer to join our production team. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of tooling, die design, and rubber molding processes. This role will focus on ensuring efficient, high-quality production and continuous improvement of molding operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, optimize, and troubleshoot rubber molding processes to ensure product quality and productivity.
  • Provide technical support for tooling and die design, including maintenance and modification recommendations.
  • Conduct process trials, analyze results, and implement improvements.
  • Work closely with production teams to resolve molding defects, such as flash, warpage, or incomplete filling.
  • Prepare and maintain process documentation, including molding parameters, SOPs, and quality records.
  • Collaborate with R&D and Quality teams to develop new products and processes.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations in all molding operations.
  • Provide training and technical guidance to operators and technicians.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Engineering, Polymer Engineering, or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of rubber molding processes (compression, transfer, injection molding, etc.).
  • Solid understanding of tooling and die design principles.
  • Experience with process optimization, troubleshooting, and quality control.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Preferred
  • Experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
  • Familiarity with CAD software for tooling and die design.
  • Knowledge of material properties and curing processes for rubber products.
