Job description

Key accountabilities:

Ensure smooth operations of the dept including volume/stock/allocation/fleet planning, management of dealer incentives/competition/claims. Support for electrification projects, local pricing/product topics, events, reporting and sales funnel management.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage all operational topics of the department.
  • Support in local projects and product matters.
  • Stock allocation and monitoring.
  • Responsible for selected reporting functions.
  • Manage dealer incentives, competition and claims.
  • Interaction with dealers on enquiries related to scope of work.
  • Close and regular exchange with Head of MINI to be aligned on latest internal direction.
  • Interaction with all internal colleagues in line with scope of work.
  • Close and regular exchange with Sales Manager to stay abreast on retail environment and latest issues.

Qualification & Experiences:

  • Degree in Marketing, Business, Economics or any related field with good academic results.
  • Experience in volume planning in an automotive environment. Some field work experience is also desired (eg. area manager / sales manager).
  • Highly skilled in Microsoft Powerpoint and Excel.
  • Good command of English.
  • Good attention to details, comfortable with numbers.
  • Strong desire to learn and contribute.
  • High level of grit and perseverance.
  • Hardworking and high sense of responsibility.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile.
