We are looking for Merchant Outreach Associate (1 permanent position) to join our team based in Malaysia. This is a Work-From-Home position.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Find and reach out to new leads in the Singapore market (e.g., F&B merchants, event spaces, corporate clients) through research and targeted prospecting activities.
- Do basic outbound prospecting such as calling, messaging, and emailing to introduce FoodLine and engage with potential clients.
- Act as the first contact point for new potential merchants, giving introductions and clearly explaining FoodLine’s products and services.
- Arrange appointments, product demos, and follow-up meetings to help move leads to the next steps.
- Support the sales process from first contact until the merchant signs up, and ensuring smooth handover or onboarding of converted merchants.
- Respond to enquiries from potential leads and existing partners, providing timely support and information to facilitate decision-making.
- Do simple research on potential clients to understand their business and prepare for strategic sales discussions.
- Sell FoodLine’s advertisement packages and other marketing solutions to help drive more sales and increase revenue for the company.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to update on lead status, merchant feedback, and sales progress.
- Work towards individual and team targets for lead conversion, merchant sign-ups, and overall revenue growth.
Requirements
- Education level: Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or a related field.
- 1-3 years of relevant experience as a Sales Development Representative or similar sales role.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage potential clients effectively.
- Goal‑oriented, driven to meet and exceed KPI set.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Comfortable with making outbound calls and sending personalized emails to potential clients.
- Need to work from home and possess your own laptop/PC with good internet access.
- Working days and public holidays to follow Singapore calendar. Off in lieu will be given if you are working on Malaysia public holidays.
