Role Summary: Lead and support a team of merchandisers to drive sales, improve product visibility, and maintain strong relationships with store partners. Responsible for stock management, tester availability, and reducing out‑of‑stock (OOS) cases.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and oversee in‑store displays and promotions.
• Evaluate store layouts to maximize product impact.
• Monitor inventory and sales performance (maintain OOS <5%).
• Coach and brief merchandisers on new product launches.
• Provide weekly reports and updates to management.
