• Develop and implement effective merchandising strategies to maximise product visibility and sales
• Collaborate with the buying and marketing teams to ensure product assortments align with customer preferences and demand
• Manage store-level inventory, replenishment, and product layouts to optimise sales and efficiency
• Analyse sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement and make informed merchandising decisions
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and innovations to inspire fresh merchandising ideas

• Proven experience as a Merchandiser or Visual Merchandiser in the retail industry
• Strong design skills and an eye for creating visually captivating displays
