Merchandiser helps to optimize company’s sales and profits by ensuring that retail stores are stocked with the right products in the right quantities. This may include stocking shelves, arranging and maintaining product displays, pricing products, and monitoring the store inventory.
Increase product visibility by improving product shelf display and defend brand’s share of shelf
Manage the levels and distribution of stock, including full stock replenishment during call visit
Execute promotion display within the timeline given
Check product freshness in accordance with the “First Expiry First Out” basis
Manage home shelf display or planogram as per guidance provided, include price labels and point of sales materials
Build strong rapport with all key stakeholders such as buyers, store employees, etc
Be part of “eye & ear” on market trend and update to direct manager on a timely basis
Promote and adhere to Zuellig Pharma’s core values when carrying out day‑to‑day responsibilities and interactions
