Job description

Job Responsibilities

• Assist in daily store operations
• Perform stock checking, receiving, and organizing goods
• Ensure neat product display and restocking on shelves
• Coordinate and arrange goods delivery process
• Maintain cleanliness of the store area (including shelves, counters, display zones, etc.)
• Greet and assist customers with a friendly and helpful attitude
• Support any other tasks assigned by the supervisor

Basic Requirements

• Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification
• Responsible, detail-oriented, hardworking, and willing to learn
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Good communication skills and customer service mindset
• Physically fit and able to handle some lifting (based on job needs)
• Prior retail or store experience is an advantage

Working Hours

• 6 working days per week
• 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (subject to store operation needs)

Salary & Benefits

• RM 1,800 to RM 2,500 per month (starting from RMXXXX depending on experience)
