A resort company in Malaysia is seeking a professional to coordinate and promote their Meetings and Events space. The role involves supervising a team of 2 to 10, managing economic results, and ensuring high service quality. You are a creative and detail‑oriented professional who creates memorable experiences for our guests. You are attentive, offering personalized and tailor‑made service, well‑organised, managing and prioritising tasks with an eye for detail, and smiling and friendly, ensuring customers feel welcome.
You will coordinate and promote the "Meetings and Events" space within the Resort, supervise a team of 2 to 10 employees, manage the economic and qualitative results of the Resort's Meetings and Events space, ensure the quality of services, customer satisfaction and loyalty, optimise local sales related to Meetings and Events services, collaborate with other departments, maintain good relations with local authorities, unite and motivate your teams around defined objectives and support them in their development, and ensure compliance with Club Med hygiene and safety rules as well as the maintenance of the property.
