A leading event management firm in Penang, Malaysia seeks a Meetings, Events & Experience Coordinator/Executive. You will assist in planning international meetings and incentive trips, support creative program design, and research venues and experiences. The ideal candidate should have a diploma, 1-2 years of event planning experience, and strong organizational skills. Join our team to create world-class experiences that bring people together.

What You'll Do....

Assist in planning and coordinating international meetings, incentive travel groups, and events.

Support the team in designing creative programs for global clients.

Research destinations, venues, and experiences that excite and inspire.

Help source and negotiate with vendors and suppliers to ensure quality and value.

Prepare proposals, pricing, and event documentation that meet client requirements.

Execute and coordinate logistics and operations for smooth event delivery.

Join on-site teams to learn how events are executed at a global standard.

Contribute to post-event reviews and continuous improvement.

What We're Looking For....

Diploma in any field. Passion in event planning and meeting people will be added advantage.

1 -2 years of experience in event planning and execution. Hotel event or MICE industry exposure will be added advantage.

Fresh graduates with experience working in events or hotel are also encourage to apply.

Strong organization, communication, project management and analytical skills.

Creative mindset with great attention to detail.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
