Responsibilities

  • Provide timely feedback on overall market trend, competition and new business opportunities.
  • Customer relationship management and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Prepare tenders/project quotation for submission to potential customers.
  • Project Management and oversee end-to-end project execution.
  • Constantly align with internal team to identify cross-selling opportunities.
  • Participate in marketing activities such as exhibition & seminar.
  • Perform costing, sourcing and proposal for 3rd party products.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and forecasts using CRM tools.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve individual and team sales target.
  • Conduct regular coaching, performance reviews and development plans.
  • Support internal training and knowledge sharing.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance sales culture.

  • Prepare tenders/project quotation for submission to potential customers.
  • Project Management and oversee end-to-end project execution from pre-sales to installation and commissioning. Monitor and ensures timely payments for all projects.
  • Constantly align with internal team to identify cross-selling opportunities.
  • Participate in marketing activities such as exhibition & seminar and staying updated on industry trends.
  • Perform costing, sourcing and proposal for 3rd party products.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and forecasts using CRM tools.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve individual and team sales target.
  • Conduct regular coaching, performance reviews and development plans. Identify plan to address performance gaps or underperforming subordinate.
  • Support internal training and knowledge sharing.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance sales culture.
