Job summary

A global sales company is hiring a Product Specialist in Malacca, MY to manage the Medical channel, work closely with the Sales Manager, and achieve sales targets. Responsibilities include customer visits, conducting product demonstrations, and maintaining sales data. The ideal candidate should have a degree in a Science or Medical discipline and at least one year of relevant experience. Strong communication skills and proficiency in English are essential. Willingness to travel is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year experience in a similar role.
• Understanding of regulatory requirements for products.
• Willingness to travel and cover multiple areas.

Responsibilities

• Support superior in managing operating expenditures and budgets.
• Implement action plans to achieve sales targets.
• Call/visit customers to solicit orders and conduct demonstrations.
• Maintain relevant sales data and customer information.
• Respond to customer queries and keep track of complaints.
