The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in a Science discipline and has 1-2 years of pharmaceutical sales experience but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Achieve ambitious sales targets by developing and executing effective strategies, ensuring robust business growth and progress across the assigned territory.
Act as the primary interface, detailing, presenting, and expertly selling pharmaceutical products directly to key healthcare professionals (doctors, pharmacists, and other providers).
Proactively identify and secure new business accounts, strategically expanding the company's geographical coverage while maintaining excellent service for existing clients.
Work closely with Marketing and Product teams to enhance partner capabilities, coordinate smoothly with the Account team for flawless execution, and continuously gather critical market intelligence (trends, competition, needs).
