A medical solutions company in Selangor is seeking a Medical Sales Executive to promote and sell medical products to healthcare professionals. Responsibilities include developing sales strategies, forecasting growth opportunities, and maintaining relationships with clients. The ideal candidate should possess a Diploma in Biomedical or a related field, along with a minimum of 2 years of sales experience in the medical industry. Effective communication skills and a strong understanding of the medical sector are essential.
5 working days (Monday to Friday) - 8.30 am - 5.30 pm
Medical claim
Outstation Claim & Allowances. (meal, hotel, mileage & laundry)
Monthly paid sales commission. (included in monthly salary)

The role is responsible to promote and sell company's medical products range, such as equipment and consumables. Potential clients including doctors, nurses and institution purchaser. The medical sales executives will increase product awareness, answer queries, provide advice and introduce new products with high quality services towards client’s satisfaction and driving profitability for company.
The Medical Sales Executive report to the Department Manager and is responsible for:
Develop and implement sales & marketing strategy for assigned products range and area aimed at achieving and exceeding sales turnover and financial return, within the most cost-effective route and timeframe. Target new business accounts opportunities (both reseller & end user) as well as existing clients.
Accurately forecast sales and growth opportunity for designated product and area, using sales tools and applications. Prepare and participate in business reviews/forecast.
Building and sustaining strong network base with clients to have consistent sales growth.
Maintain a high level of technical and commercial competence on assigned product range, both applications and techniques.
Maintain an awareness of competitor activities, new developments and make sure this information is documented and made available to Department Manager.
Responsible for Pre and Post sales activities.
Diploma or higher qualification in Biomedical, Applied Sciences, Biochemistry, Physics, Bioscience or equivalent.
Minimum 2 years of sales experiences in Medical/Healthcare Industry or related
A good understanding of the current medical industry will be an advantage.
Have a good attitude, a trustworthy and responsible person (Berakhlak, Beramanah & Bertanggungjawab).
Effective communication skills to clearly articulate application & product information to both internal team members & clients.
