What’s the job?

• You will provide clinical oversight and ensure adherence to case management protocols in collaboration with the Head Regional Medical Director.
• Manage medical review responsibilities, including monitoring cases, approving evacuations, communicating with providers, and maintaining accurate documentation.
• Contribute to utilization management efforts, support crisis response initiatives, and assist in the development of policies and procedures.
• Participate in internal training programs focused on aero-medical transport, clinical protocols, and regulatory compliance.
• Guide and support Medical Case Managers through supervision, training, and escalation support for complex cases.
• Attend cross-functional meetings, maintain open lines of communication with leadership, and contribute to shared global objectives.
• Engage in continuous professional development and coordinate with leadership to ensure uninterrupted medical oversight coverage.

What are we looking for?

• You will possess full registration as a Medical Officer with the Malaysia Medical Council, along with a valid Annual Practicing Certificate.
• 5–10 years of clinical experience, ideally in Emergency Medicine, General Medicine, Surgery, or Anesthesia.
• Fluency in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese, with the ability to read Chinese characters.
• Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills, with experience managing diverse and regionally distributed cases.
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural environment and work collaboratively with global teams.
