The role entails analyzing sales performance, meeting sales targets, and understanding client needs to create effective media solutions. Candidates should have a minimum of 5 years in media sales, strong negotiation skills, and fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia. The company offers a unique commission structure with no caps, allowing for significant earning potential based on performance.
This role offers a highly attractive commission scheme. You do not need to achieve a target before earning commission, every deal you personally close is commissionable.
