This role offers a highly attractive commission scheme. You do not need to achieve a target before earning commission, every deal you personally close is commissionable.

There is no cap and no upper limit: the bigger you deliver, the more you earn!

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze sales performance and market trends to provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
  • Meet quarterly and annual sales goals, as well as client satisfaction metrics.
  • Understand clients' needs in-depth and develop media solutions.
  • Identify and acquire new clients while supporting the team in maintaining and growing existing client relationships.
  • Work closely with internal departments and operations team to optimize the sales conversion process and improve efficiency from lead to closing.
  • Represent the company to attend industry events, forums and meetings to enhance brand visibility and business opportunities.
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in media sales, preferably in an advertising agency or similar environment.
  • A strong network and solid client relationships with advertisers, brand marketers or media agencies.
  • Familiar with media planning and buying across various channels (TV, digital, social media & etc.).
  • Excellent negotiation skills and strong business acumen.
  • Strong communication skills with proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Ability to speak Mandarin would be an added advantage.
  • Responsible, self-driven and results-oriented person.
