Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for the process design and planning of machined products, formulating reasonable machining processes and process parameters.
• Select appropriate machining equipment, tools and fixtures to ensure machining accuracy and efficiency.
• Solve process problems in the machining production process, continuously improve the machining process and reduce production costs.
• Compile machining process documents, work instructions and inspection specifications to guide production operations.
• Participate in the machining process review and trial production of new products, and put forward process improvement suggestions.
• Provide process training and technical guidance to machining operators to improve their operating skills.

Job Requirement

• Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in Mechanical Manufacturing and Automation, Mechanical Engineering and other related majors.
• More than 3 years of experience in machining process design and on-site management, familiar with the performance and processing technology of various machining equipment. Those with precision machining experience are preferred.

Working hours: Mon-Fri 8am-5.30pm
Salary: Up to RM7000
