Responsibilities

You will be part of a diverse, upbeat, and creative team focused on constructing Data Centers. The role involves supporting the project team in a fast-moving environment, coordinating with General Contractors, Clients, Vendors, and Consultants to ensure timely project completion within scope of work (SOW).

  • Own project scope, quality, safety, and schedule for construction.
  • Liaise with Project Manager on all quality issues.
  • Assist the Project Manager in implementing quality practices onsite.
  • Conduct QC inspections to ensure construction aligns with the BIM model and resolve clashes.
  • Follow up on NCRs and complaints as directed by QA/QC Manager.
  • Submit supplier catalogues and shop drawings for review and approval via ACC and Procore.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by Management.
  • Attend meetings to ensure compliance with project standards and procedures.
  • Identify and report safety hazards or discrepancies.
  • Assist with punch list items, final inspections, and as-built documentation.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
  • 2-3 years of relevant Quality Control/Coordination experience.
  • Knowledge of reporting, quality inspection, and supervision.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and planning tools like MS Project.
