A Mechanical & Electrical Contractor company in Puchong is looking for a highly motivated Mechanical & Electrical Project Engineer. This role involves coordinating all M&E system services, planning system drawings for tender submissions, and inspecting contractor works in high-rise building projects. A degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering is required, along with 1-2 years of relevant experience, though fresh graduates are welcome. The position is full-time with specific working hours.

Job Description

We are a Mechanical & Electrical Contractor company based in Puchong Selangor, looking for a candidate highly motivated to join us as a Mechanical & Electrical Project Engineer.

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering
• 1-2 years experience working in M&E consultant company (fresh graduates are welcome)
• Experience in high rise building projects, hospitals, commercial developments & others
• Full time position (working days Monday - Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm, Saturday 8.30am to 1.00pm)
• Possess own transport (willing to travel outstation)

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all Mechanical & Electrical system services.
• Planning and design Mechanical & Electrical system drawings for tender and Authority submission.
• Liaise with Authorities and relevant departments such as TNB, Telekom, Bomba etc.
• Liaise, coordinate and supervise with Mechanical & Electrical subcontractors on their work and the construction’s work.
• Inspect all Mechanical & Electrical works carried out by contractors.
• Review contractor’s documents and shop drawing for approval.
• Attend all coordination, technical and site meetings.
• Prepare monthly project progress claim for Client’s evaluation.
• Carry out inspection on all works carried out by the contractor in accordance to standards, specifications and drawings.
• Any other duties as assigned from time to time.
