Job summary

A global communications technology firm is seeking individuals to manage Vendor/Customer Master Data in SAP. Candidates should have 1-3 years of experience in Vendor/Customer setup and excellent knowledge of SAP and advanced Excel. Strong communication skills are also essential. Qualifications

• 1-3 years experience for Associate; 3-8 years for Sr Associate in Vendor/Customer Setup in SAP.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Advanced level).
• Knowledge of Oracle/Maconomy/Navision MDM processes is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain Vendor/Customer Master Data in SAP.

Job Description

The purpose of this role is to maintain the records of master data management in SAP and support SAP roll outs

Responsibilities

• Creation of Vendor/Customer Master Data in SAP
• Maintenance of Vendor/Customer Master Data in SAP
• Maintaining reports
• Co-coordinating with Stakeholders
• Verification of Documents provided for Master records
• Follow up with Vendors and Internal teams
• Managing/Saving Documents on Shared Locations for Audits
• Participate in Internal/External Audits
• Promptly Escalate matters to senior members
• Working on Daily queues

Qualifications

Education and Experience:

• Experience of at least 1-3 years for Associate & 3-8 years for Sr Associate in Vendor/Customer Setup up in SAP
• Working knowledge of LSMW
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Advanced level)
• Preferably a Commerce graduate

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Knowledge of Oracle/Maconomy/Navision MDM processes would be an advantage
• Good verbal and written communication skills
