• Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency in receiving, storage, and distribution of materials
• Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock counts to ensure optimal stock levels
• Implement and maintain warehouse processes to improve workflow and productivity
• Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and project teams to ensure timely availability of materials
• Ensure all incoming and outgoing shipments are properly documented and processed
• Handle discrepancies or issues related to shipping and receiving, and ensure timely resolution
• Prepare reports on inventory status, warehouse performance, and any issues that require attention
  
  

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proven experience in warehouse management or coordination
• Strong understanding of inventory management and warehouse operations
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and warehouse management software
