A logistics management firm in Johor Bahru is seeking a Warehouse Manager to oversee the entire warehouse operations, ensuring the efficient management of materials. The candidate must have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and proficient bilingual capabilities in Chinese, English, and Malay. Responsibilities include managing receipt and dispatch processes, conducting inventory checks, and adhering to safety regulations. Ideal candidates should possess at least 1 year of experience and strong IT skills, particularly in Excel.
1. Be responsible for the entire warehouse management of various factory materials, including the receipt, dispatch, verification, and storage of raw materials, auxiliary materials, finished products, and equipment parts.
Special management of liquid alkali: Responsible for receipt, storage, usage records, emergency handling, and accident management, ensuring all operations strictly comply with relevant regulations in Malaysia and can pass various audits and government inspections.
2. Strictly follow the inbound and outbound warehouse procedures. Based on purchase orders, outbound orders, and other documents, carefully verify the names, specifications, and quantities of the materials to ensure absolute consistency between the accounts and the physical items.
3. Implement scientific warehouse on‑site management: Store the materials in a standardized manner, manage them by zones (such as raw material area, finished product area, hazardous materials area), and clearly mark them.
4. Implement safety measures such as moisture prevention, corrosion prevention, and theft prevention, especially considering and adapting to the high temperature and high humidity climate environment in Malaysia.
5. Conduct daily inventory checks and accurately record the consumption and inventory changes of materials. Timely identification and reporting of abnormal or scarce materials (such as raw materials below the safety inventory threshold).
6. Collaborate with the feeding position and loading/unloading teams to complete the transfer and handover of materials.
7. Regularly sort, summarize warehouse data, prepare, and submit relevant warehouse reports.
1. Education and Language: Bachelor's degree or above, with a background in science or engineering. Proficiency in Chinese, English, and Malay is mandatory.
2. Experience: At least 1 year of experience in warehouse or logistics management.
3. Professional Skills: Familiar with the basic processes and norms of warehouse logistics. Candidates with experience in warehouse management systems or ERP systems will be given priority.
4. IT Skills: Possess a good foundation in computer operation and be proficient in using Microsoft Office software, especially skilled in using Excel for data entry, organization, and statistical analysis.
5. Personal Qualities: Strong sense of responsibility, meticulous in work, and able to ensure a high degree of consistency between accounts and physical items.
6. Healthy, able to adapt to the working environment of the warehouse, and able to undertake necessary physical labor.
