We are seeking a full-time, on-site marketing specialist based in Kuala Lumpur. This role is responsible for overseeing and managing marketing execution at a high level across multiple channels and campaigns. You will be responsible for building, owning, and optimising marketing operations across the agency. This includes workflows, automation, reporting, and performance visibility. Your job is to remove friction, create clarity, and ensure our marketing teams can execute efficiently at scale. This is a senior role for someone who thinks in systems, loves process optimisation, and is comfortable owning complex operations in a fast-moving agency environment.
Oversee the creation and delivery of marketing copy and digital content across website content, SEO, social media, Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, PPC, and influencer marketing, ensuring strategic alignment and quality standards are met.
Design and optimise workflows that improve speed, quality, and consistency of delivery.
Collaborate closely with strategists, designers, IT developers, and the team to align execution with overall marketing and business goals.
Identify operational bottlenecks and proactively design scalable solutions.
Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with strategic objectives.
Build and maintain SOPs, documentation, and operational standards across the agency.
Experience in marketing operations, marketing management, or a related role.
Good understanding of marketing analytics and performance reporting.
Experience using marketing automation systems.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
