The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of sales experience, a degree, and a knack for business development, while being proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Qualifications

  • Valid driving license and own transportation required.
  • Knowledge of sterilization methods and cleanroom processes is advantageous.

Job description

The Marketing & Sales Executive will be responsible for driving revenue growth by acquiring new clients, managing existing accounts, and promoting the company’s cleanroom laundry services, garment leasing programs, and supply of cleanroom consumables and accessories. The role involves business development, customer relationship management, and achieving sales targets in the designated area of responsibility while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in industries requiring cleanroom laundry solutions (e.g., semiconductors, pharmaceuticals, healthcare, manufacturing etc) in the designated area of responsibility in line with the company’s business plans, objectives and targets.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate pricing, service agreements, and contract terms with customers.
  • Monitor contract renewals and ensure long-term customer retention.
  • Regularly visit customers to build and maintain strong relationships with key customer decision-makers.
  • Address inquiries, concerns and service requirements promptly.
  • Regularly conduct follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction & identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
  • Coordinate with sales coordinator team, and operations team to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of cleanroom garments, laundry processes, sterilization methods and related consumables and accessories.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions and sales pipeline using relevant company software.
  • Uphold the integrity and image of the company at all times.
Job Requirements
  • Degree holder with at least 2-3 years experience in sales and/or marketing function, preferably in the microelectronics and/or pharmaceutical related industries.
  • Possess a valid driving license and own a vehicle for transportation to and from clients.
  • Proficient in operating Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Good command of English & Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin knowledge advantaged.
