An automotive company in Malaysia is seeking a marketing specialist to collaborate with dealers and guide their marketing initiatives. The role involves evaluating marketing proposals, maintaining communication, and providing on-site support. Candidates should have a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or a related field and at least 2 years of relevant experience. A proactive and customer-focused mindset is essential. Opportunities may be available for less experienced candidates at the Executive level.
Collaborate with dealers and provide guidance on both digital and conventional marketing activities.
Review and evaluate dealers’ proposed marketing activities to ensure alignment with company standards and objectives.
Maintain close communication with dealers’ marketing PICs to ensure smooth and seamless execution of approved marketing activities.
Communicate and coordinate effectively with dealers on regional marketing policies, strategies and plans.
Conduct regular dealer visits to strengthen relationships and foster two-way constructive communication.
Carry out on-site visits to monitor and support dealer marketing activities.
Conduct market intelligence and benchmarking on competitors’ dealership marketing activities and share insights with superiors.
Prepare monthly reports and post-activity evaluations for dealership marketing initiatives.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business or relevant qualification.
At least 2 years of related working experience.
Candidate with less experience/ fresh graduate may be considered for Executive/ Senior Executive level.
Strong interpersonal and observation skills.

High level of integrity and trustworthiness.
Proactive team player with strong collaboration skills.
