Responsibilities
- Develop the annual marketing calendar, manage A&P budgets, and deliver integrated plans to support brand expansion.
- Maintain consistent brand positioning and messaging across all communication channels.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to uncover growth opportunities and identify potential fashion brand partnerships or acquisitions.
- Lead multi-channel marketing efforts, including digital platforms, performance marketing, PR, collaborations, and events.
- Work closely with internal teams and PR agencies to ensure seamless and impactful campaign execution.
- Coordinate with vendors for creative assets, production, and timely delivery of marketing materials.
- Oversee content creation for all brand-owned platforms—website, social media, and e-commerce—ensuring alignment with brand identity and industry trends.
- Build strong relationships with partners, media, influencers, and buyers to boost brand visibility and explore new brand opportunities.
- Drive and participate in industry events to enhance consumer engagement.
- Strong cross collaboration across various departments including but not limited to merchandizing, finance, sales and operations.
Qualifications
- A degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven expertise in the Retail Fashion / Beauty / Lifestyle industry with a focus on brand management and strategy.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret market data and drive decision-making.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Leadership skills to effectively manage and inspire a team.
