Marketing Manager, MY & SG - Your future position?

Reporting to: Head of Marketing, ASEAN

Location: Malaysia

As Marketing Manager for the Singaporean and Malaysian markets, you will be a strategic partner to sales, creation, and category teams. You will create marketing strategies and deliver insights that strengthen customer relationships, improve growth, and strengthen Givaudan's leadership in Taste and wellbeing food experience innovation.

Main Responsibilities
  • Implement and follow up on the Business Plan for the country.
  • Continuously analyze market, category, and consumer trends across Singapore and Malaysia.
  • Consolidate insights into actionable recommendations for new business opportunities.
  • Conduct and coordinate market research to support innovation and customer briefs.
Concept Development & Storytelling
  • Design food experiences, marketing concepts and creative stories aligned with consumer behaviour and brand trends.
  • Translate insights into compelling flavour proposals tailored to local preferences.
Customer & Commercial Partnership
  • Collaborate with account managers and creation teams to co‑create presentations and customer workshops.
  • Support customer pitches and new project development through clear, insight‑led ideas.
Marketing Communication & Events
  • Promote Givaudan's image and values through events, materials, and digital storytelling.
  • Ensure consistency with regional marketing strategies and brand guidelines.
Project Management & Reporting
  • Plan and deliver marketing activities efficiently within timelines and budgets.
  • Monitor campaign effectiveness and share learning with the broader marketing community.
Sustainability & Innovation
  • Embed sustainability messaging and wellbeing trends into marketing programs.
  • Champion new technologies, creative formats, and digital tools for customer engagement.
Main Requirements
