  • Ability to work flexibly and manage time effectively, including weekends and evenings as required for events.
  • Creative thinker with strong analytical skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Marketing software.
  • Experience in event planning and management is highly desirable.

  • Manage day-to-day marketing operations and campaign execution.
  • Plans, executes, and monitors campaigns (digital, events, promotions, PR, advertising).
  • Coordinates timelines, content, vendors, and marketing materials.
  • Tracks campaign performance and prepare report for Senior Management.
  • Reports performance data, insights, and issues to Senior Management.
  • Accountable for execution quality, timelines, and campaign results.
  • Supervises marketing executives, designers, and agencies.
  • Plan a curated content strategy included and not limited to print and digital, aligned with the company’s marketing goals and brand identity.
  • Create, edit, and manage a variety of content types, including blog posts, articles, press releases, social media posts.
  • Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, journalists, bloggers, and influencers.
  • Craft compelling press releases, media pitches, and press kits.
  • Coordinate and manage media events, interviews, and press conferences.
  • Main liaison points for crisis communication management included and not limited to print and digital.
  • Monitor and analyse social media metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all communication channels.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to develop creative campaigns and promotional materials.
  • Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of content and PR strategies using various analytics tools.
  • Provide Marketing reports and insights to senior management.
  • To carry out task assigned by superior from time to time.
  • To source for vendor to build and maintain website and mall app.
  • To maintain and update the content in website, mall app and mall social media platform.
  • Arrange for shooting of videos / photos for content creation.
  • Build and maintain relationships with tourism and government sectors.
  • To drive the loyalty program by onboarding tenants and grow the numbers of members.
