We’re looking for a strategic and hands-on Marketing Manager to lead integrated marketing initiatives that accelerate brand visibility, market penetration, and business growth. Marketing Strategy & Planning
Develop and execute annual and quarterly marketing strategies aligned with business objectives
Lead product launches, promotions, and integrated brand campaigns across online and offline channels
Partner closely with the sales team to support sell-in and sell-out initiatives
Manage marketing budgets effectively to maximize ROI
Digital Marketing
Plan and optimize digital campaigns across social media, websites, e-commerce, and paid media
Drive content marketing initiatives including social media, videos, online campaigns, and influencer/KOL collaborations
Coordinate with digital agencies, media partners, and external vendors to ensure timely execution
Data Analysis & Reporting
Track and analyze campaign performance, engagement, traffic, conversions, and ROI
Prepare performance reports and post-campaign analysis with actionable insights
Conduct market, consumer, and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and trends
Brand Management & Activation
Ensure consistent brand messaging across all touchpoints
Manage POSM, retail displays, and in-store marketing activities
Support events, roadshows, workshops, and product launches
Leadership & Collaboration
Provide guidance to marketing team members where applicable
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders and external partners
Manage multiple projects under tight timelines with confidence
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
5–8 years of relevant marketing experience (consumer goods, FMCG, electronics, or lifestyle brands preferred)
Strong understanding of branding, consumer behavior, and market dynamics
Proven experience in integrated marketing campaigns (online & offline)
Hands-on experience in digital marketing:
Social media platforms (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
Online advertising, content marketing, and influencer/KOL campaigns
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales and campaign performance data
Excellent project management, communication, and presentation skills
Experience in e-commerce marketing
Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads, or similar platforms
Experience in event marketing and product launches
Prior team leadership experience is an added advantage
