Overview:
We are seeking a strategic and driven Marketing Manager with strong experience in B2B and enterprise-level solutions. This role requires someone who can bridge business goals with effective marketing strategies, strengthen partner ecosystems, and elevate customer engagement across key industries including government, corporate, and SME segments.
The ideal candidate excels in partnership marketing, CRM‑led engagement, retargeting strategies, and structured marketing operations. You will oversee the end‑to‑end execution of marketing programs, ensuring seamless processes, timely delivery, and measurable impact on pipeline growth and customer retention.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Marketing & GTM Planning
- Develop annual marketing plans supporting commercial targets and business priorities.
- Work collaboratively with Sales, Product, and Digital Marketing teams to coordinate go‑to‑market activities and integrated campaigns.
- Translate market insights and customer needs into actionable marketing strategies.
2. Partnership & Channel Ecosystem Marketing
- Drive co‑marketing initiatives with technology partners, distributors, and industry collaborators.
- Enhance partner visibility through joint events, co‑funded programs, and co‑branded content.
- Cultivate long‑term ecosystem partnerships that support brand presence and drive demand.
3. CRM, Retention & Customer Lifecycle Marketing
- Lead the planning and execution of CRM‑led engagement programs, ensuring accurate segmentation and campaign performance tracking.
- Build lifecycle and retention programs, including upsell, cross‑sell, and ABM initiatives for enterprise accounts.
- Implement retargeting strategies to revive dormant customers and expand share of wallet.
4. Brand, Communications & Content Development
- Strengthen corporate brand presence across events, PR activities, and content channels.
- Develop narratives, customer success stories, and thought‑leadership content that reinforce the company’s positioning.
- Oversee the creation of marketing assets including videos, collaterals, sales materials, and case studies.
5. Events, Campaigns & Customer Engagement Programs
- Plan and manage high‑value customer events, industry conferences, and executive roundtables.
- Lead partner‑driven campaigns and sponsorships to deepen reach within enterprise and government sectors.
- Monitor campaign performance, lead conversion, and retention metrics to ensure measurable business outcomes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- 5–8 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably within telecom, ICT, enterprise solutions, or technology industries.
- Demonstrated success in partnership marketing, CRM management, and customer engagement programs.
- Strong cross‑functional communication skills with experience working across Sales, Product, and technical teams.
- Highly analytical, structured, and comfortable with marketing performance data, CRM insights, and reporting.
