Requirements
  • Opportunity to travel to China at least once every quarter.
  • Must be able to read and speak Mandarin.

Responsibilities

Trade Marketing - Main focus

  • Develop and execute trade marketing plans to support store sales performance.
  • Collaborate with Category Managers to plan and manage in-store promotions, visual merchandising campaigns, POSM, and seasonal launches.
  • Collaborate closely with Operations, Merchandising, and Store Teams to ensure effective execution.
  • Analyze sell-through data, promotion effectiveness, and ROI to optimize future campaigns.

Digital Marketing - Secondary focus

  • Lead digital strategy across social media, paid ads, KOL/influencer marketing.
  • Oversee content strategy, campaign calendars, and digital performance metrics.
  • Monitor market trends and consumer insights to enhance digital engagement.

Brand Marketing - Guidance from Management Team in China.

  • Brand positioning and ensure consistent brand messaging across all consumer touchpoints.
  • Lead brand campaigns, product launches, and collaborations in line with global guidelines.
  • Ensure compliance with brand standards and local market adaptation.
