Job description

• To counsel and advise students & parents on overseas study options
• To liaise with school and college counsellors on courses available at overseas institutions
• To assist students and parents on course applications, study visa submission, and accommodation arrangement
• To attend education exhibition and fairs and work during weekends
• To work with fellow counsellors to achieve company sales target
• To support company in other related activities
• To meet company KPI.

Requirements

• Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor Degree/ Diploma in any fields
• Required languages: English, Bahasa Melayu and Mandarin (preferable). We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Able to lead and work independently with least supervision
• Outgoing & pleasant personality, mature, good interpersonal & communication skills and customer service skills
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Willing to travel
• Available position at Johor Bahru Austin Heights office.
