We are looking for a dynamic, hands‑on Marketing Manager to lead and execute end‑to‑end marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, market penetration, and revenue growth — both online and offline.
This role is ideal for someone who can think strategically, execute campaigns on the ground, work closely with sales, and build a brand that consumers trust.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 5–6 years of marketing experience, preferably in FMCG, health and beauty industry
- Strong understanding of consumer behavior and mass‑market branding
- Proven experience in campaign management, brand building, and product launches
- Comfortable being hands‑on while managing strategy
- Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills
- Able to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment
Preferred Skills (Strong Advantage)
- Health, wellness, or beauty brand experience
- Digital & performance marketing experience
- Influencer / KOL marketing management
- Experience working with distributor‑led or offline channels
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute annual and quarterly marketing plans aligned with business objectives
- Plan and manage product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns
- Lead ATL, BTL, and digital marketing initiatives across online & offline channels
- Ensure campaigns are executed on time, within budget, and aligned with brand direction
- Brand Building & Content Direction: Drive brand positioning and messaging for target market; work closely with creative teams on ads, content, visuals, and storytelling; ensure consistent brand voice across ads, social media, packaging, retail materials, and PR; support packaging, POSM, and offline marketing materials where required
- Digital, Influencer & Performance Marketing: oversee digital marketing campaigns (Meta, TikTok, Google, marketplaces); manage KOL, influencer, affiliate, and UGC collaborations; track performance, analyze data, and optimize campaigns for ROI; prepare weekly/monthly performance reports with clear insights and action plans
- Trade, Retail & Cross‑Functional Collaboration: work closely with sales, trade marketing, and operations teams for integrated execution; support offline retail, distributor, and activation initiatives; coordinate agencies, vendors, and external partners; analyze market trends, competitors, and consumer insights to identify growth opportunities
