Job Responsibilities
  • Manage and grow the company’s digital stores (website, Shopee, Lazada, etc.) to drive sales and customer engagement.
  • Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across digital and retail channels.
  • Oversee the company’s social media presence (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) with creative content and timely updates.
  • Develop and implement the overall digital marketing strategy, including SEO, SEM, and social media advertising.
  • Organize and support special marketing events and promotions, both online and offline.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitors, and customer behavior to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Prepare campaign performance reports and recommend improvements for future strategies.
  • Optimise store performance at Marketplace Store Operations (Shopee / Lazada / TikTok Shop) including: product listings, pricing, variations, category mapping, store decoration, campaign assets.
  • Create engaging written, visual, and video content to strengthen brand presences
Job Requirements
  • Possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Advertising, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years experience in e-commerce operations / marketplace management (Shopee/Lazada/TikTok Shop). Experience with Shopify (basic admin flow, collections, product setup, customer journey improvements).
  • Familiarity with tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, SEO/SEM, and analytics platforms will be an added advantage.
  • Creative, resourceful, and able to translate ideas into effective marketing strategies.
  • Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin proficiency is an advantage in working on content for Mandarin-speaking audiences).
  • Proficiency in content creation (writing, graphics, photos, and videos) is preferred.
