A retail marketing leader is seeking an experienced marketing manager to oversee the execution of marketing campaigns and coordinate with teams and partners. Oversee end-to-end planning and execution of marketing campaigns, including promotional activities, tactical initiatives, in-store POP, and creative materials.
Manage and coordinate marketing executives, designers, and agency partners to ensure deliverables are completed on time, accurately, and to a high standard.
Serve as the key coordinator between marketing, operations, merchandising, retail teams, and external suppliers to ensure smooth execution.
Ensure effective management of campaign schedules, SOPs, documentation, and store briefing processes.
Lead public relations activities, including media engagement, press releases, event coordination, and influencer partnerships.
Track and assess campaign performance across digital platforms and prepare regular performance reports.
Conduct store visits to monitor brand consistency, compliance, and quality of execution.
Support the planning and development of content for social media, short-form videos, and digital marketing assets.
