We are looking for a results-driven Marketing Manager with a strong background in B2B enterprise solutions. The role requires a strategic thinker who can translate business objectives into impactful marketing and partnership initiatives that enhance customer engagement, strengthen channel ecosystems, and drive growth across key verticals such as government, enterprise, SMEs

This position demands strong experience in partnership marketing, CRM-based customer engagement, and retargeting strategies, along with a good command of marketing operations and processes. The ideal candidate is able to plan, execute, and measure end-to-end marketing initiatives with operational excellence, ensuring clear workflows, timely campaign execution, accurate reporting, and continuous optimisation of marketing resources and ROI.

What you’ll be doing
1. Strategic Marketing & Planning

Develop and execute annual marketing and partnership plans aligned with corporate goals and sales priorities.

Collaborate closely with the Sales, Product and Digital Marketing teams to align go-to-market activities.

2. Partnership & Ecosystem Marketing

Manage co-marketing programs and joint campaigns with key partners (e.g., technology principals, distributors, and industry collaborators).

Strengthen partner visibility through joint events, showcases, and co-branded content initiatives.

Build long-term ecosystem relationships to enhance brand trust and create mutual business opportunities.

Lead the strategy and management of the company’s CRM system to ensure effective segmentation, database accuracy, and campaign performance tracking.

Design and execute customer engagement and retention programs, including lifecycle marketing, upsell/cross-sell campaigns, and account-based marketing (ABM).

Develop retargeting strategies to re‑engage dormant or lapsed customers, and strengthen share of wallet from existing clients.

4. Brand & Communications

Strengthen the company’s corporate brand across all communication touchpoints—events, public relations, and strategic content.

Craft compelling narratives, success stories, and industry thought‑leadership pieces that elevate the company’s market position.

Oversee the production of marketing collaterals, corporate videos, and case studies to support sales engagements.

5. Events, Campaigns & Customer Programs

Plan and manage high‑impact customer events, roundtables, and industry exhibitions to showcase solutions, create demand and deepen engagement.

Coordinate partner‑led campaigns and sponsorships to expand brand reach within key enterprise and government segments.

Ensure all activities are measured for impact, lead conversion, and customer retention.

What we’re looking for

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications.

5‑8 years of B2B marketing experience.

Proven experience in partnership marketing, CRM management, and customer engagement programs.

Excellent communication and cross‑functional coordination skills and experience.

Analytical, organised, and comfortable working with performance data and CRM insights.
